my simple physics Question, answer it , :-we all know that, if we keep any metal with magnet for long time , it act like magnet. ;now assume that our sun is magnet and earth is metal. what happend? ​

first off all , the magnet and the metal must be touched with each other to make the metal a temporary magnet .

now, we know that due to uniformly accelerated motion, the earth is rotating the sun and the sun is continuously attracting the earth like a magnet.

BUT !! as the earth is falling on the sun but not able to TOUCH it , the earth will not become a temporary magnet and will continue to rotate the Sun like a metal being attracted to a magnet .
