Somebody must be supporting him within your immediate family and asking him to involve himself with your family personal matters.

Usually uncles are cool, or cooler than Dad's, that why kid get along better with Uncle or uncle's. They do not have to be responsible for the kids. They are like grandparents.

The question is why he is acting like your father?

Where is your father he needs to take care of this business?

Discuss this matter with him.

Or be your own father, investigate the matter more.

Something is fishy here, I cannot put it in words with proper inspection though.
