n^2= 2(n^2-1)^2 +2
n^2=2(n^2+1-n^2)+2
=2n^2+2-4n-n^2-4+4n+2
=the -4n and +4n will be cut and +2 +2 -4 will also be cut it left you n^2
therefore , n^2 =n^2
proved .......
