N ( 3^{-5} ) = 3

N =  \frac{3}{ 3^{-5} }  \\   = \frac{ 3^{1} }{ 3^{-5} }

 \frac{ a^{m} }{ a^{n} } }  = a ^{(m-n)}

Therefore :

N =  3^{ 1 - [-5 ]}

N =  3^{ 1+ 5}

N = 3⁶

N = 729
