Hey !

⭐Here is your answer ⭐

_________________

First find Out : n( A ∩ B )

n( A U B ) = n( A ) + n( B ) - n( A ∩ B )

400 = 300 + 200 - n( A ∩ B )

n( A ∩ B ) = 500 - 400 = 100

Now !

n( A - B ) = n( A ) - n( A ∩ B )

n( A - B ) = 300 - 100 = 200

Hence your answer is 200
