Answer:

n-\frac{n-1}{2} =1 - \frac{n-2}{3} \\

cross multiplying we get,

\frac{2n-n+1}{2}=\frac{3-n+2}{3}

cross multiplying we get,

6n-3n+3=6-2n+4

3n+2n=10-3

5n=7

n=  \frac{7}{5}

therefore n=7/5
