Given

optical fibre (μ = 1.72)

glass coating (μ= 1.50)

Critical angle:

sin i/ sinr = μ2/μ1

sin c/ sin 90 =1.5/ 1.72= 75/86

c= sin⁻¹(75/26)

GIVEN : .
OPTICAL FIBRE. (u =1.72)
GLASS COATING: (®u= 1.50

CRITICAL ANGLE

sin |/sinr = u2/u1

sin c/sin90 =1.5/1.72 =75/86.

c= sin ^-1(75/26)
