Let AB produced meet DC produced at E
∠A = 44
∠C = 148

Δ AED is a right triangle with right angle at E thus;
D = 180 - (90 + A)
= 180 - (90 + 44)
=46

D = 46 degrees

The sum of the angles in the quadrilateral is 360 thus

∠B = 360 - (∠A + ∠C + ∠D)
= 360 - (44 + 148 + 46)
B = 122 degrees
