'n' resistence each of resistance 'R' are connected in series and then in parallel.What is the ratio of effective resistence in series to that in parallel?please answer my question..

In series connection,Resistance = R + R + R + R + ..................... n times= nR ohm

In parallel connection,1/resistance = 1/R + 1/R + 1/R ...................... n timesor, 1/resistance = n/Ror, resistance = R/n ohm

Ratio = nR/(R/n)= nR * n/R= n*n= n square : 1
