In series connection,Resistance = R + R + R + R + ..................... n times= nR ohm
In parallel connection,1/resistance = 1/R + 1/R + 1/R ...................... n timesor, 1/resistance = n/Ror, resistance = R/n ohm
Ratio = nR/(R/n)= nR * n/R= n*n= n square : 1
In parallel connection,1/resistance = 1/R + 1/R + 1/R ...................... n timesor, 1/resistance = n/Ror, resistance = R/n ohm
Ratio = nR/(R/n)= nR * n/R= n*n= n square : 1
