Sorry friend... I can't type in hindi. But the answer for your first question is that Xylem transports both water and minerals where as Phloem transports only water. Also Xylem is Two- way which means it transports water and minerals from roots to other parts and food prepared by leaves to other parts also, whereas phloem doesn't.
