let the present age of nafisa ba x years and sakina be y years. from given condition 2x=y and

x-5=3(y -5)

x=3y-10

x-3y+10=0

x-3(2x)+10=0

x-6x + 10 =0

-5x=-10

therefore

x=2

now y=2x

y=4

therefore present age of nafisa is 2 years and present age of sakina is 4 years
