Explanation:

Fission takes place in single celled organism. Under certain conditions, the nucleus will divide a number of times in the cell itself, producing many nuclei. One that happens, each of the nuclei that are formed get enclosed by cytoplasm.

This results in separate and individual units. Newly born cells come out of the wall and start living as a new organism. They remain in the cysts like structure till favourable conditions arrive. After arrival of favourable conditions, the cysts breaks to release large number of offsprings.

This is common form of asexual reproduction in some of the certain acellular organisms.
