                       Quran, Geeta,The Vedas, The holy Bible....These are some books that have be compared to instruction booklets and manuals. such comparisons have been made because it has been said by great saints that our body-the human body is the greatest machines of all time and to know to operate these machines correctly, there has to be manuals. Our body is said to be greatest machine. Just think of hundred of functions it can perform that no other machine can manage.             

 The texts of these holy books have all those instruction for a perfectly working body.These instruction include keeping our body healthy, getting inner peace and enlightenment or achieving great.
                             
    It is also said that all other machines can be repaired but this human body, that is greater than any other machine is very hard to repair and it also has no spare parts for it.
