simple its oxygen and it is the main gas in in earth atmospher

and its importance to living organism is we can't live without this gas and this gas also present in water H2O=two hydrogen and oxygen makes H2O water is also beneficial for living organism if we did not take water in a day it can be causes kidney injury and also react with aluminium and makes aluminium oxide
