Neutron stars are made of neutrons, they have extremely large gravitational field and spin speed.
Engulfed a black hole, um, I ain't sure of that, for a black hole has more gravity and mass than a neutron star, The star can certainly do something anomalistic to the black hole, because of it's rotation, but I ain't sure of what ENGULFING means here, eat it up?

Jackymuscue: sorry guys both of your answers can neither be taken as 100% correct u should have answered pulsars
Anonymous: Mmm, they too are neutron stars anyway
Jackymuscue: ya,but m talking about black holes too, neutron stars have solar masses between 1 and a half and 3 but black holes have more than 3 solar masses also neutron star has diameter of just 10km so they are of no competition against the black holes but pulsars are their clusters which are said to be more powerful than the massive black holes we find in the core of our galaxy
Jackymuscue: anyway thanks for showing interest towards my question
Anonymous: Oh, okay
