A good example is ammonia or NH3. This compound contains 1 atom of nitrogen, which has three reacting electrons and one lone pair. The nitrogen bonds with 3 hydrogen atoms while the lone pair is left alone. This compound is considered neutral.

anmolpanda01: Ammonia is basic in nature and not neutral.
