2.) Life expectancy

3.) Literacy rate

both States experience same climate same soil. but there is difference between the development rate..

because of flood in Bihar due to Brahmaputra river....

moreover on basis of education Bihar is less developed....

so on basis of education , high density and lower sex ratio Bihar is less developed...
