Factors that contribute to detrimental relationship :-
1.Aggressive Behavior- Aggressive behavior can cause of a lot of damage in a relation. Aggressive behavior can either be verbal or physical. Both of which has an irreversible effect.
2. Communication Gap - This is one of the prime reasons for issues in relationship. No communication , miss communication can lead to people making their own assumptions which may not be necessarily true.
3. Dis-honesty - Honesty is the base of any relation. Being dis-honest in any way can lead to miss-trust and stressed relationship.
A detrimental relationship causes more harm to one of the partners due to the negligence and character of the other.
While many people cannot differentiate between detrimental relationships from an outright abusive one, emotional strain too contributes to the detrimental relationship.
The two most common factors being, financial pressures where one partner is the sole earning member and has to bear the expenses.
The other being substance abuse as this causes a drastic change in the personality of the person making navigating the relationship impossible.
