Generally all are saying that resistance of a wire is depend upon three factors called

1. Resistivity

2. Length and

3. Area and also in temerature.

But there is also another factor which resistance of the wire also depends that is frequency of the supply . Yes , when we increase the frequency of the supply there would be an increase in the temperature and the increase in temperature increases the resistance of the wire.

So frequency of the supply also plays an important role to determine the resistance of the wire

1). Area of cross section of the metallic wire.

2). Length of the metallic wire.

3). Temperature of the wire.

4). Nature of the metal by which wire is made of.

(Any Two of the above).
