Two fundamental rights which have "been provided to" the foreigners also. They are:  

   The first one is "prohibition of discrimination" on "grounds of religion", race, caste, place of birth. This exists in the article 15. The second right is the "equality of opportunity" in matters of public employment. The second right is maintained in the article 16.

   These are the most important rights for the foreigners which are maintained in the Indian Constitution. These are the foreigners fundamental rights.
