Mr Buffalo; (3) Mr Alligator; (4) The Rt Hon. Mr Fox to act as chairman; and (5) Mr Leopard to act as  the Secretary to the Commission.

The following forest elders were appointed to sit on the Commission:

• (2) Mr. Nyati;
• (3) Mr. Alligator;
• (4) Rt Hon.
• Mr. Fox to act as chairman; and
• (5) Mr. Leopard to serve as Secretary of the Commission.
• He said he saw the workers, and the man protested and asked if there was a need for a member to be included in his commission.
• But he was told it was impossible, because no one on his side was educated enough to understand the complexity of forest law.
• Moreover, there was no fear, for the members of the Commission were all men respected for their impartiality, and since they were the chosen men of God to look after the interests of the toothless and fair tribes, they could be sure that they would investigate the matter very carefully and report impartially.
