Some Evils in Our Society
Man is a social being. Humiliate him and he feels insult, scold him he feels angry,isolate him and he feels punished. But we need to create a good,,healthy,cheerful,helping society.But unfortunately in India we fail to create such an environment in our society, our social life suffers many defects. It needs complete overhauling.

People do not like change. They oppose reforms. They talk of the good old days. But they must move with the time. Their mental outlook is narrow. They need liberal education. Illiteracy must go. There must be compulsory and free education. Every women must be educated. Purdah system must go.
Marriages are problems. Child marriage must be stopped. Old age marriage should be discouraged. Polygamy is a curse. Dowry system must be banned by law. Money-hunting parents must be heavily punished. Marriage ceremonies should be simplified.

The whole society is suffering from corruption,poverty, harassment, threats and adulteration. We all knows how farmers in villages are cheated and harassed in courts, in fairs and in markets. Pure milk.....aah! It now a dream for us,isn't it? . Pure ghee is a thing have disappeared in the same sense as the Hindi kahawat "Gadhe ke sir pe se singh gayab hona".

Indian villages suffer from many social ills there is no proper technology for people to live a life like city people.Indian villages are home to some cruel superstitions especially for women. Windows are neglected and despised. Every simple man is harassed on the occasions of births, marriages and deaths be mullahs, Pandits and priests.

People in our Indian society should be thought how to value others, how to help, cope and comfort each other. . They must have civic sense. The morals and manners of people should be improved.We need to learn how to support, how to work in a team. We must not be selfish, showing deceitful and treacherous.
We don't need arrogance. They must have a kind and sympathetic heart. They should have a helping and cheerful attitude which can make others happy and feel pleasan. For this, social reforms are very necessary. Let all men and woment join hands in this sacred task.
