Saprophytes are the organisms that derive nutrition from dead and decaying matter by secreting some enzymes on them. The term -phytic means plants even though saprophytes also include fungi and microorganisms. So there cannot be saprophytic animals.

Your question must be that name some Saprophytic organisms and not animals.
Saprophytic organisms are also called saprophytes. Some of them are: red mould, yeast, fungi and some bacteria.

Hope this helps you.
