evaporation is the process in which water is converted into water vapours and that vapours move up with the help of air..
evaporation takes place where there is sunlight if there is no sunlight the rate of evaporation will be less..
as water is converted into water vapour so it is easier for them to move up with the help of air as they are in gases liquid form..
This is why your cold glass of iced tea appears to sweat on a hot summer day. The hot air immediately around the glass is cooled on contact, and the water in its liquid state builds around the outside of the glass...

This both are important process in water cycle after condensation the clouds Collide and precipitation takes place..
