Vectors - This is the most important part of Mathematics that you will require in your entire physics course of classes 11 and 12. Before you start Physics of class 11, I suggest you to go through the chapter of Vectors which is prescribed in class 11 and 12 syllabus.
Trigonometry - After completing Vectors, start the Trigonometry of class 11. You may need some part of it directly, and a lot of it is required to study calculus. You may also go through the chapter of Inverse Trigonometric Functions of class 12 (it is a very easy chapter and you can master it easily).
Calculus - Differentiation and Integration - There is no need to break your head on Limits and Continuity or The First Principle of Derivations of Calculus. Straightaway go through the formulas of Differentiation and Integration of ISC Class 11 and practice those problems. Also go through the differentiation of Class 12 and the chapter of Mean Value Theorems, Maxima and Minima.
Co-ordinate Geometry - There is no need to go into much details on this chapter. Just the concepts that you have up to class 10 is enough. Try to understand the basics of Straight Lines, Circles and Conics (no need to practice much about it, just understand the concepts).
Quadratic Equations and Complex Numbers - Concepts of Quadratic Equations till class 10 is enough. Go through the concepts of Complex Numbers (no need to go to much details, just understand the basic concepts).

Quadratic equation and Complex number-:This is the very easy chapter.Complex number chapter js related to Real Number also sk you have to go through real number briefly.This part will help you in jee main maths also.
Vector Algebra-:This contai s the idea abiut vectors. Addition and multiplication of vectirs also.and the rules and triangle law paralleloframlaw these are important topics to cover which is very very useful.
Trigonometry-:Though its a vast course and it has many numericals and manythings to know and confusing also. But you will have some tricks to remeber it and use it in other chapters also where its needed or required.
