They are penguins and are natively found in the cold regions of Antarctica.
It is unclear what they are doing in the picture but I assume
1) They stand close together like that to preserve body heat In the extreme cold of Antarctica.
2) Or they stand on top of their eggs to give them heat or else their babies will die out in the harsh whether.
Also the penguins have 18 breeds. The one in the picture have yellow spots on their neck , signifying that they are one of the biggest breeds of penguins called Emperor Penguins.
