Explanation:

These veins are also responsible for draining the blood from ureter which then transports the urine and other liquids from the kidney to the bladders.

The two renal veins communicate with the cortical and perirenal venous channel and then drain into the arcuate veins. The blood which is filtered by the Kidney is carried by Renal Veins.
