Prokaryotic cells lack a nucleus and membrane-bound structures. Eukaryotic cells have a nucleus and membrane-bound structures called organelles……. It means there is no organelle which don't have Nucleus.

The cells of prokaryotes, bacteria and archaea, do not have a nucleus. The lack of nuclei is one of the main characteristic of prokaryotes. They are called prokaryotic cells and also known as the control center of the cell.
