Bill of Rights (Chapter 2) is the name of the chapter of South African Constitution which guarantees the rights of all its citizens to free press.

The Bill of Rights chapter guarantees all the citizens of SA right to equality, right to life and dignity, right to liberty, right to freedom of expression which includes freedom of press and freedom to impart and receive information.
