Answer:

In order to make a fire extinguisher all u need is a base and an acid.

for example: one can use a base such as NaHCO3 and an acid such as H2SO4 sulphuric acid.

A fire extinguisher have base in it and a small glass bottle containing acid is placed inside it when the fire extinguisher is thrown hard the bottle containing acid breaks and neutralization reaction takes place large amount of CO2 gas comes out through the nozzle helps to control the fire.
