(2) Tissue -

  • Many cells combine to form a tissue.
  • For example, endothelium, adipose tissue, etc.

(3) Organ -

  • Several tissues are organised to form an organ.
  • For example, lung, kidney, etc.

(4) Organ system -

  • Various organs coordinate with each other to form organ system.
  • For example, respiratory system, nervous system, etc.

(5) Organism -

  • All organ systems come together to form multicellular organism.
  • For example, humans, dogs, etc.
