Hypersecretion aldosterone leads to decrease the level of potassium in blood (hypokalemia) and increase of hydrogen ion excretion (alkalosis).
Disease caused : Mild hypokalemia ( may not cause any symptoms) but lead to weakness , cardiac arrhythmias , muscle cramp, excess thirst or urination.
