* length of the conductor- resistance is directly proportional to length because increase in length of the conductor causes increase in resistance of a conductor

* radius of the conductor or area of cross section-

Resistance of a conductor is inversely proportional to the radius of the conductor or area of cross section of the conductor because increase in area of cross section causes decrease in resistance

*temperature - increase in temperature causes increase in resistance

* material of the conductor
