The factors of diversity in flora & flauna are:
-Land:affect the natural vegetation directly & indirectly it influences the type of vegetation e.g the fertile land is used for agriculture & rough terrains having grasslands & woodlands provides shelter to a variety of wildlife.
-Soil:different types of soil support the different types of vegetation for example the sandy soils of the desert supports cactus & thorny bushes while wet,marshy deltaic soils supports mangroves & deltaic vegetation.
