The answer is pufferfish , In Japanese language it is called fugu, whose having more dangerous poison then synide.
In Japan it's strictly prohibited under law to make pufferfish dish, chefs who are qualified after rigorous training are allowed to make the dish of this fish . if it is prepared domestically it often leads to death.
it's liver is considered as the tastiest part, but at the same time it is too poisionus, This fish has many amounts of poisoins in it's inner organs. especially in parts of skin , eyes and at the same time liver , which is considered as the tastiest part of this fish.
