given 2x-y=3y-2z
→2x+2z=4y
→x+z=2y--------(1)
given x,y,z are angles of triangle
x+y+z=180
by (1)
3y=180
→y=60
and also given 3y-2z=100
→180-2z=100
→z=40
since x,y,z are in descending order ...its smallest angle is z which is 40°
