1. Government of Nepal : The Government of Nepal (Nepali: नेपाल सरकार),is an executive body and the central government of Nepal. Prior to the abolition of the monarchy, it was officially known as His Majesty's Government .The Head of state is the President and the Prime Minister holds the position of the Head of executive. The role of President is largely ceremonial as the functioning of the government is managed entirely by the Prime Minister who is appointed by the Parliament. The heads of constitutional bodies are appointed by the President on the recommendation of Constitutional Council, with the exception of the Attorney General, who is appointed by the President on the recommendation of Prime Minister.

Office of the President (Nepal) : The Office of The President of Nepal  is the official office of the president of Nepal Sital Niwas is official presidential palace of Nepal of Nepal located in Maharajganj, Kathmandu. Built by Rana Prime minister Chandra Shamsher for his son Krishna Shamsher in 1923 it was handed over by Krishna Shamsher Rana, a Rana aristocrat, to the Government of Nepal in 1961.

3. Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority : The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority is an apex constitutional body for corruption control for the Government of Nepal. Constitution of Nepal has empowered CIAA to investigate and probe cases against the persons holding any public office and their associates who are indulged in the abuse of authority by way of corruption

Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (Nepal) : Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration popularly MoFAGA, is the ministry of Nepal accredited with the role of coordination, cooperation, facilitation and monitoring and evaluation of activities undertaken by local governments; regulation and management of the civil service in the country.

5. Election commission : An election commission is a body charged with overseeing the implementation of election procedures. The formal names of election commissions vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be styled an electoral commission a central or state election commission, an election board, an electoral council or an electoral court.
