1 molecule of water is 3 atoms.

e.i.:-(1 oxygen atom and 2hydrogen atoms)

Or 1 mole of water has 6.022 x 1023 molecules of water.

1 mole of H2O has 2 moles of hydrogen and 1 moles of oxygen.

Now, the total number of atoms in 1 mole of water is =(2+1) x 6.022 x 1023=18.066 x 1023 atoms.
