Salivary gland, Pancreas which is also a gland, mucosa of small intestine secrete enzymes that help in the breakdown of starch.
Salivary gland: secretes enzyme amylase which breakdown starch into disaccharides.
Pancreas: Pancreatic amylase converts starch into disaccharides
Small intestine: lactase maltase and sucrase convert disaccharides into monosaccharides.
