Thallophyta is a former division of plant kingdom that includes simple plant ,i.e. with no leaves, stems or roots (plants body known as thallus.) It includes algae, fungus, lichens and occasionlly bacteria, bryophytes, etc. Some of examples includes are;- Algae- Ulva, Spirogyra, Chara, Ulthoria, cladophoria etc.
