Function of Auxin hormone

Explanation:

  • Auxin is a plant development controller that is created by developing apices of stems and roots. At the point when light falls on the plant, auxin moves from the light.
  • Accordingly, the grouping of auxin increments on the obscure side of the plant. Auxin animates the development of cells on the obscure side of the plant which makes twisting of the plant the opposite side. This gives the appearance that the stem of the plant twists toward the light.
  • Auxin hormone controls a plant's response to light and gravity. It is made by the cells present at the tip of a stem and roots. This hormone moves the plant away from light and towards gravity. It accelerates the development of stem and hinders the development of roots.
