the main carriers of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body is blood. As it carries purified or oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart which pumps it to the other parts of the body. Whereas the impured or the deoxygenated blood is carried back to the heart from the body organs by the blood which pushes it to the lungs to purify and thus the cycle continues
