The major structures found at Lothal were a dockyard, places where shell and stones beads were manufactured, warehouse, place where rice husk were kept and a cemetery.
Lothal was excavated in 1957; it is a small Harappa settlement in Gujarat. The dockyard was the important excavation which was an important trading centre of the ancient times.
Archaeological Museum has been set where we can find the prominent collections of the Indus-era antiquities.
