Electric Fuse : It is a safety device having short length of a thin wire made up of tin plated copper wire.
Fuse has very low melting point which melts and breaks the circuit if current exceeds a safe value.
Connecting wire :
Generally copper wire is preferred for connecting wire as it abundant in nature and cost is also less compared to silver.
Filament of Bulb :
Tungsten is used as a Filament in light bulb as it has high resistivity.
Electric toaster :
NICHROME alloy is used for making the heating effect of electric current as it has high resistivity and it does not undergo oxidation easily at room temperature.
