Name the phenomenon responsible for the observed twinkling of stars. Will this twinkling be observed by an observer on the moon? Justify you answer.

This is because stars are in a long distance and are point sources of light , therefore due to atmospheric refraction it appears twinkling.

But moon is considered as a group of point sources of light.
