Hello there,
The presence of localized resources is greatly effected by physical factors. These factors are both man made and natural. These are following;
- Climatic changes that occur in the environment tend to change the natural condition which are necessary for the existence of the localized resources. A change in the wind, temperature, humidity , rain schedule, floods may have an effect.
- The man man physical effects include the motor/fuel production in the environment, the deforestation, globalization, construction and etc may create factors that effect the resources adversely.
I hope the answer is helpful.
Thanks for asking.

Climatic factors such as temperature, the speed of the wind, rainfall, humidity are the factors which affect the localized resources.
Manmade factors- Due to technological advancement, human have developed many things such as machines, motors vehicles, mobile phones, etc., which affect the localized resources. The excess use of motor vehicles raised the temperature which affects the vegetation and other resources available."
