Name the pigment that makes sky look blue.

It's not a pigment really, it is the violet coloured Ray, one of the seven coloured Rays of the white light.

No pigment but the scattering of blue light (least wavelength) by the particles present in the atmosphere give us an appearance of sky being blue.
