The Principles of government follow in Belgium is that they share power equally between two communities -French speakers and Dutch speakers. They follow a democratic form of government.
While in Srilanka the leaders of Sinhala speaking community which was majority dominated minority community i.e Tamil speaking community. Thus Srilanka accomodated power in only one single community disregarding Tamils. Hence we can say that they follow non Democratic system of government.
