I think the answer is oxygen and hydrogen....
Basically, We know that oxidation always occurs at the anode. When we give required voltage, the water molecules near the anode will be oxidised to give oxygen.
The hydrogen ion produced in the anode will move through the membrane to the cathode and the electrons will move through the external circuit. Hydrogen ion will be reduced to hydrogen at the cathode.
