Answer

when lead nitrate is heated the reaction is as follows

2Pb(NO3)2 (s)  + heat -------> 2PbO (s) + 4NO2(g) + O2 (g)

here Pb(NO3)2 is lead nitrate.

PbO is lead oxide

NO2 is nitrogen dioxide

and this is a decomposition reaction as lead nitrate splits up ito three elements when heat is supplied.

Explanation:

Ferrous sulphate is green in colour. On heating, the green crystals are converted into a dirty-yellow anhydrous solid as it loses water of crystallization. When further heated, the anhydrous material releases sulphur dioxide and sulphur trioxide leaving a reddish-brown iron oxide. here Pb(NO3)2 is lead nitrate.
